Scope: This product focuses on the quality and effectiveness of your Maintenance and Operations. Your staff is surveyed via a third party (B4E) 2X per year. Participating districts help frame the survey questions and define the survey audience. Comparisons will be made from survey to survey to track progress. The survey looks at these areas:
- Building Maintenance quality, cooperation, and responsiveness.
- Custodial Operations; cleanliness, cooperation, and responsiveness.
- Temperature Control; how well is the temperature maintained?
- Groundskeeping; quality and presentation
- User defined questions
Timing:
- Districts can begin signing up starting on September 1st, 2009
- Surveys are typically conducted in October, and March.
- Email lists and Surveys are prepared starting in September.
- Reports are made available within one month after the survey responses are collected.
