Benchmark Studies Give You the Power of Information.

Have you ever asked - "Where can I get some good information to help my district in the Maintenance and Operations areas?" Greg Lookabaugh and the Region 4 Facilities Services folks were asked that question all the time. A pilot study was launched in June of 2004 and took about a year to conduct. The conclusions of that study proved helpful to the original participating districts and were reviewed and endorsed by TASBO as a useful tool for school officials. We are now launching into a large scale process to collect and analyze key Maintenance and Operations data to benefit school districts throughout the State of Texas.
